Researchers at Harvard University in the United States conducted a follow-up survey on 200,000 participants. During the follow-up period, a total of 16,000 people developed type 2 diabetes. The analysis showed that those who ate the highest amounts of gluten-containing foods were 80% less likely to develop type 2 diabetes than those who ate the least. 2. Limit carbohydrate intake.
